Dobinsons Warranty

Dobinsons Spring & Suspension provides a 2-year warranty on shock absorbers, subject to their warranty terms and conditions.

The warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship and requires Dobinsons to be notified in writing of an alleged defect within two years from the date of invoice. Products may need to be returned for inspection before a warranty repair or replacement is approved.

Dobinsons states that shock absorbers are covered by a 2-year warranty provided the vehicle does not have a modified exhaust system. Their warranty also excludes products used in extreme sports or competition racing, vehicles producing 50mm or more lift, and coil springs or shock absorbers fitted with additional coil or strut spacers on coil-over type assemblies.

The warranty also excludes products that have been incorrectly installed, modified, misused, abused, altered or used under abnormal conditions.
